Questions

Do I buy the Christmas lights?

No, you do not buy them. One payment covers the lights for the season, the installation, fixes all season, the takedown after New Year's and storage until next year.

Where do you install?

Across Anne Arundel County and on Kent Island. That runs from Pasadena in the north to Edgewater in the south, west to Crofton and Gambrills, and east to Stevensville and Chester.

Do I need to be home for the takedown?

No. Between Christmas and New Year's we text you a date range, text again when we're on the way, and send photos when it's done.

Is it cheaper next year?

Yes. Returning customers get 10% off from the second year, and that stays your price.

What changes the price of Christmas lights?

What you want lit. We price by package: the roofline, bushes, trees and so on. The minimum is $650 for a single-story home with just the front roofline. Your free estimate can include a few options at different prices.

What do you need from me for a lights estimate?

Your name, a phone number or email, and the address of the property. Tell us the color you want if you know it, or ask us for a design. The estimate is free.

What happens if a bulb goes out?

We fix it. Maintenance is included in your one payment, so if a bulb goes out or something goes wrong during the season, we take care of it.

Do I have to turn the lights on and off?

No. Everything we put up is on a timer.

Will you put away my own decorations at takedown?

Yes, if you ask. We put them where you want them and send pictures so you know where everything is.

Can I choose the colors of my Christmas lights?

Yes. The design comes first. Tell us the colors you want, or ask us for a few options and pick the one you like.

Do you light trees and hedges as well as rooflines?

Yes. We light trees, bushes and hedges as well as rooflines. Those are priced in your free estimate, on top of the roofline.

Can you light a two-story home?

Yes. We have lit two-story homes. The $650 starting price is for a single-story front roofline, so a two-story home is priced in your free estimate.
