What should I tell you for a house washing estimate?
Your name, a phone number, the address of the house and its town. Then say which sides you want washed and point out any staining you have noticed. We reply by text or with a phone call, and if the siding needs a look before we can price it, we arrange a visit.
What is the green growth on siding?
Often it is algae, which is common on the north side of a house. Mold and mildew grow on siding too, and they do well where it is damp, shaded and short on moving air. We have washed green staining like that off white siding.
How often should siding be washed?
Every year is a good idea. House washing is not a seasonal service for us, so you can ask for a siding estimate in any month.
What else can you clean besides the siding?
Driveways and sidewalks, and patios and pavers. We clean gutters and install gutter guards too. We seal pavers and we stain decks as well. Name each one when you ask about the siding and it goes into the same free estimate.
