How much does Fannon Property Services charge?
Most of our work is priced by quote: lawn and landscape work, house and pressure washing, gutter cleaning and gutter guards, and yard drainage. Christmas lights start at $650 for a single-story home with the front roofline only. Returning lights customers pay 10% less from their second year, and they keep that price. Every estimate is free.

Do you need to see the property before giving a price?
Not always. We first get the details from you by text or phone, and some jobs can be priced from that. If yours has to be seen before we can price it, we set a time to meet you there for a walkthrough.
Can I just text you the job?
Yes. Text (443) 223-8643 with the property address and what you would like done. It is the same number you would call, and we answer by text or by phone.
Can a Christmas lights estimate show me a few options?
