Questions
Do you cover the streets around Quiet Waters Park?
Yes. Quiet Waters Park, 340 acres between the South River and Harness Creek, is the most visited park in the county system, and the streets around it are inside our area.
When does the first freeze come near the Neck?
Around mid-November in a typical year. At the Annapolis station, the median first fall freeze is November 13 and the median last spring freeze is March 27.
Do homes on the south side of the Neck have septic fields?
Many do. The rural southern side of the Neck has no public sewer or public water, so homes there use septic systems and wells. Point out the tank, the field and the well when you ask about aeration.
